How does delivery work? +

Once you've selected your product item and continued to your cart. You'll be presented with the shipping options that are deemed available for your location. Shipping Options will then be listed off in order from Cheapest (Top) to Most Expensive (Bottom).

What is the return policy? +

Unfortunately as majority of our products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. If there is any issues with the product ordered, please contact us using the contact form and we will evaluate the issue. Please keep in mind this may result in the item needing to be shipped back for analysts before a determination can be reached.

I haven't received my item? +

Products can take up to 21 business days to be completed with production and quality control check. If it has been longer than the allocated time for receiving your order which is maximum 21 business days + shipping time selected please feel free to contact us. and we will make sure we respond and look into said issue asap.

What if I want to order in bulk? +

If you'd like to order in bulk, our minimum for discounts is 36 items both for Dye-Sublimation and screen printed items. If you'd wish to order please contact us using the contact form to get more information and we will work closely with you to give you the best deal possible.

How should I wash my apparel items? + 

Dye-Sublimation Items: Machine Wash Cold (30c or lower ), DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, Ironed on low heat.

Direct-To-Garment Items: Washing Instructions can be found on the inner tags.

What if I want my own custom design? + 

That's Great! We have a team of highly experience and skilled designers that can help. We design 99.99% of the products we sell on the site, but you can also check our latest work on our Twitter and Instagram. Head over to "Custom Products" and hit Design to check out our prices and place an order.

What countries does Insight deliver to? + 

Our products ship world wide from our base in Tennessee and California. Shipping prices and times may vary depending on location. Keep in mind we offer "FREE SHIPPING" on all orders that are $150+
