Insight Apparel is produced 100% in-house. What does that truly mean? Our printing is handled 100% in-house from heat press, screen printing and sublimation.
Heat-pressed apparel can take between 2-3 business days to process and 2-3 days to print, plus shipping and handling times.
Screen printed apparel can take 7-10 business days to process and print, plus shipping and handling times.
Embroidery apparel and accessories can take 7-14 business days to process and sew, plus shipping and handling times.
Custom Orders, such as jerseys, hoodies, and hats range between 2-3 weeks on a worse case situation, not including shipping time which is normally 2-3 business days.
Our products come with a 100% production guarantee, what does that mean? If one of our custom orders (jerseys, hoodies, snapback) takes longer than 3 weeks to arrive in hand without notification prior to production from our team members you will get your money back. At Insight we take our orders and customers seriously and we want to ensure you get your product and are able to enjoy wearing it as soon as possible.
Unfortunately Insight Co. does not offer any refunds at this time as all orders are made to order. Should there be a defect on a item you've received please contact customer support and notify us of the situation and we will take of the issue should it be warranted.
Conditions for returns: All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. In most cases, shipping charges are not refundable and we cannot cover the cost of returns unless there was a fault on our part.
Order Cancellation: Unfortunately once a order has been processed in our system we begin printing and using supplies to print the order and fulfill it for the customer. Should you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within the first 6 hours of placing the order. Keep in mind shipping charges will NOT be refunded as they are held for restocking fees of materials in our warehouses.
Lost Items & Replacements: Unfortunately due to shipping being out of our control once an item has left our facility. We are unable to offer refunds for any orders lost during shipping.
International Orders We will not refund any lost or delayed orders if they are shipped via regular First Class International Mail as delivery cannot be verified reliably. Choose Express or Priority Mail as your shipping option to avoid problems. Delayed orders which have been shipped by First Class International Mail have to be delayed/missing for at least 4 weeks (20 business days) before we can take any action on them.
Fraudulent Orders - Currently Insight Co. does not authorize any orders deemed as fraudulent. In the event your order is deemed as a high risk fraud order and we're unable to verify your identity for the order, your order will be refunded minus whatever was paid for shipping as we do not refund shipping charges for any orders unless there is a mess up on the order already shipped out. What makes your order a fraud case:
Card Verification Value (CVV) is correct/incorrect
Billing address doesn't match credit card's registered address
Billing address ZIP or postal code doesn't match credit card's registered address
There were more than 3 payment attempts
Payment was attempted with 3 credit cards
Location of IP address used to place the order is Tangerang, Indonesia
Shipping address is over 5 miles from location of IP address
Billing country matches the country from which the order was placed
The IP address used to place the order isn't a high risk internet connection (web proxy)
