If there is any issues with the product ordered, please contact us using the contact form and we will evaluate the issue. Return Policy
Product Delivery
Once you've selected your product item and continued to your cart. You'll be presented with the shipping options that are deemed available for your location. Shipping Options will then be listed off in order from Cheapest (Top) to Most Expensive (Bottom).
My order hasn't arrived...
All sublimated orders can take up to 10-14 business days.
Basic T-Shirts, Basic Hoodies and hats typically take 5-7 business days to produce plus standard shipping time.

Order issues
Please let us know as soon as possible by email to support@insightcousa.com your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to replay within 24-48hrs, Monday through Friday, closed on weekends.
Bulk Ordering
If you'd like to order in bulk, our minimum for discounts is 36 items both for Dye-Sublimation and screen printed items. If you'd wish to order please contact us using the contact form to get more information and we will work closely with you to give you the best deal possible.
Custom Design Options
That's Great! We have a team of highly experience and skilled designers that can help. We design 99.99% of the products we sell on the site, but you can also check our latest work on our Twitter and Instagram.
When a design is purchased, we assign your order to one of our designers within our design team.
They will contact you via the email you place your order with when they are ready to start your design. All contact will be done via email initially.
International Shipping Options
Our products ship world wide from our base in Tennessee and California. Shipping prices and times may vary depending on location.
International Shipping; Custom Fee's
International countries will charge additional customs fees or a duty-tax on packages entering from foreign countries, which is also at the determination of the destination country and is out of Insight Apparel's control and must be paid by receiver.
Setup a store with Insight Apparel
To apply for a store, email us at info@insightcousa.com with the title “Store Inquiry” and we will work with you to go over what you would like to sale. Start-Up fees may apply and can be subject to change depending on the store needs.

For all products; we recommend you wash garments inside out on the delicate setting and hang dry.
Customization Casing
Unfortunately, due to the amount of customization we offer and handle on a daily basis. To avoid errors and misprints, We print all customization fields using capital letters.
